Delivery and returns
If you are not satisfied with the delivered jewellery, you can return it to us within 30 days. It is also possible to exchange the delivered jewellery for another product, size or colour. Any additional or lesser costs will be settled by us.
You have 30 days to exchange an item for another colour, size or piece of jewellery.

How do I return an item?
1. Pack the item in the same packaging in which we sent it to you.
2. Fill in the return form and put it in the package.
3. Cut the address from the return form and stick it on the package, then stick it over your address.
4. Take the package to a shipping point.
Our return address :
All our jewellery is handmade and shipped within 2-5 working days. Please note that a shipment after being picked up in our Atelier can sometimes still take a few days before it is delivered. trace your shipment via the DHL link you received by email.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided in your order. As soon as the parcel leaves this address, you will receive an e-mail from us containing a link with which you can track the parcel. Orders up to € 300.00 will be shipped with DHL. For safety reasons we send orders with a higher value with Mikropakket.
If we have received your return within 30 days, we will refund your return in full. If it is an exchange, we will refund you the difference. Refunds are made in the same way as payments were made in the order. It may take several days before the amount is actually on your account.
We will not reimburse any shipping costs incurred to return an order. We advise you to return the purchase with a track & trace code.
We only take back unworn jewellery in the original packaging. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. This also applies to engraved or otherwise personalised jewellery.

Any taxes levied by or through the shipping agent ( DHL, PostNl, etc.) shall be borne by client. Charlotte Wooning is not responsible for any actions taken by customs after the dispatch of an order.
We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to an error in the address provided. We use the address provided in the order. If something is wrong with the address, please inform us as soon as possible.
