What are the payment options?
We accept the following payment methods:
- credit cards (visa, mastercard)

How do I check the status of my order and shipment?
Go to my account and enter your username and password. You can also e-mail us at any time about the status of your order. When your order is shipped you will automatically receive an email with a link to track your package.
Do you ship internationally?
yes! we ship worldwide! However, there are some locations where we cannot ship. If we can't ship to your location, we will let you know immediately.
How do you ship packages?
Packages are shipped from our studio in Rotterdam with different shipping companies, this depends a bit on your location.
We ship within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany mainly with DHL. We ship 14k jewelry insured with Mikropakket.
Do you provide information about the shipment?
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with a link to track your package.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs differ per address. You can see at the checkout what the shipping to your address will cost. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €5,- do you live in the Rotterdam area? Then you can also choose to pick up your package at our shop, there are no costs involved.
How long does shipping take?
This depends of course on the location, shipping itself, within NL takes 1-2 working days.
Shipping within Europe takes 5-7 business days. Worldwide shipping takes 7-10 working days.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Contact us with the products you would like to receive and we will send you a link for payment. Once paid, we will send your order and a link for you to track your package.
Can I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled within 14 days. If you have already received the order, you can return it within 30 days.
If we receive an order back here, we will refund the amount in the same way it was transferred in the order.
Can I change an order I have already placed?
You can always email us to change an order and we will make it happen for you.
I would like to order a product that is not in stock, how will I know when it is available again?
Please contact us and we will inform you when a product is back in stock.
There is a product I would like to have but I cannot find it on your site!
It may be that a product is out of the collection. Please contact us and we will be happy to hear from you.
My product has arrived damaged?
Please contact us immediately. Please include photos of the damaged jewellery or package so we can best help you.
I received a message that my package has been sent but I still have not received anything.
Please contact us, we can ask DHL where your package is.
